Crafted a data-driven, annual integrated marketing and communications plan to optimize member acquisition, retention, and conference attendance by KPI tracking aligned with association sales cycles for membership and three flagship conferences. Built first-ever omnichannel environment and spearheaded data-driven content marketing. Led a team of three for industry-leading High-Speed Internet, all-Digital TV and Phone services for residential, small/medium and Enterprise business customers. StarPower’s affordably priced advanced digital services were delivered through a proprietary, state-of-the-art fiber-rich network and supported by 100% U.S.-based customer service. Managed internal and external relationships directing a multi-channel approach to marketing, including direct mail, trade shows, and advertising campaigns. The company was bought by RCN.

Served as contracted Executive Director for a $1 million organization for nutrition professionals. The organization was in debt for $87,000, which was resolved within the first 9 months of the contract. Developed market recognition and awareness programs. Directed all program management, including membership marketing (recruitment and retention), annual meetings and educational offerings, assuring that board objectives were attained and member needs anticipated.
